Kim MB

Kim Moistner-Bartlett served as a university administrator for 15 years at colleges throughout the United States, including Temple University, The University of Wisconsin-Stout, Philadelphia University, The University of Southern Mississippi and most recently at The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Kim left higher education to pursue entrepreneurship, launching a training and development business and Kona Ice franchises in Wisconsin and Illinois. In 2017, Kim joined the coaching team at Kona Ice, traveling to the corporate office each month to train new franchise owners. She eventually relocated to the Cincinnati area and assumed the role of Chief Learning Officer for Kona Ice Corporate overseeing learning and development for more than 1600 franchises. Kim recently accepted the opportunity to serve as Chief Operating Officer for an engineering/automation company in Cincinnati. She left the comfort zone of education to take on that new challenge.

Kim has received state and regional awards for her innovative presentations. Specializing in  the employee experience as well as the art of pursuing one's passions,  Kim has delivered presentations, workshops and keynote addresses to groups ranging in size from 100 to over 1,000.  She received her master's degree from Ball State University and her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Kim has two sons whom she repeatedly urges to "dream big". Her eldest, Nicholas, is a Dartmouth College graduate and third-year law student at Vanderbilt University. Her youngest, Carson, just graduated from Southern Miss and works for the Cincinnati Reds. In her free time Kim enjoys cheering on "her" Green Bay Packers, playing fantasy football, hiking and travel.  She adorns her office with inspirational and humorous quotes. One of her favorites: "Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire."
